enjoy stunning views and easy access to popular attractions

I really appreciated how friendly the staff were and how centrally located the hotel was, making it so easy to walk to many of the city's highlights like the beautiful Lake of the Restored Sword and the charming streets around Saint Joseph Cathedral in just a few minutes.

i almost thought about giving this place a good review until i realized that the bathroom door was so stiff and noisy that it woudl ve been better left open. then there's the fact that the fridge is at reception—not even in the room. it was certainly a stay that felt less than expected.

The staff here are super friendly and always ready to help! Our stay was made easier with Mr Tien’s excellent recommendations. The kids loved the cozy ambiance, and we enjoyed the local flavors just steps away in the vibrant old quarter.

My wife says that the noise from the nearby market could be distracting for families.

Just a solid selection for a break on a long journey in Hanoi with outstanding value. The staff offered me excellent recommendations for local eateries, enhancing my stay. Be prepared for quite a few stairs if your room is on the upper floors.
